Medical Director – Dr. Glenn Gandelman, MD, MPH, FACC
Dr. Glenn Gandelman is a board-certified cardiologist with subspecialty certification in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease.
He earned his MD from New York Medical College and an MPH from Cornell University. He completed his residency at North Shore-LIJ (Long Island Jewish) and fellowship at Westchester Medical Center.
Dr. Gandelman holds academic appointments as Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College and as a Clinical Instructor at Yale New Haven Hospital and Cornell University Hospital.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), as well as a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE) and Fellow of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (FASNC).

Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) credentials through ARDMS
Licensed in multiple states including Maine, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania, Dr. Gandelman brings broad clinical authority and oversight to BlackPoint Diagnostics’ cardiovascular services.
Founder- Emanuel Papadakis RDCS, RVT
Emanuel Papadakis is a registered cardiac and vascular sonographer with the American Registry Diagnostics Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with nearly 20 years of experience in cardiovascular diagnostic imaging. He oversees imaging protocols, quality assurance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
He has led IAC lab accreditation for hundreds of cardiovascular and vascular laboratories nationwide, demonstrating expertise in quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Emanuel has performed and supervised thousands of advanced studies across all cardiovascular modalities, including echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, stress echocardiography, and peripheral and central vascular ultrasounds. He also has experience with surgical guidance for invasive vascular procedures and has mentored hundreds of physicians, medical students and sonographers.
A member of the American Society of Echocardiography and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound, Emanuel is recognized for technical precision, Imaging Quality, procedural expertise, and leadership, ensuring BlackPoint Diagnostics delivers accurate, reliable, and clinically actionable cardiovascular imaging.
