Any anniversary credit you have not used
Credits are issued on each anniversary and do not expire while your membership is active. They lapse when it ends. If you are holding one, it is worth using it before you cancel.
Your locked rate
You keep the price you joined at for as long as your membership stays active. If you rejoin later, it is at whatever the rate is then.
You keep everything you have already paid for. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — not the day you click it. Your $100 off every study keeps working right up to that date, and you can book as many studies as you like in the meantime. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
On the monthly plan that means the rest of the month you are in. On the annual plan it means the rest of your year — so cancelling in month two still leaves ten months of member pricing you are free to use.
Open any subscription payment email from us and click Change/Cancel Subscription. It opens your own subscription page directly — no password, no form, no phone call — and you cancel from there. You can also view past payments and update your card on the same page.
