Telehealth consultations with Dr. Gandelman are a service of his practice. BlackPoint does not schedule, bill, or collect for them — you arrange the visit with his office directly. Their fees are $597 for the initial 60-minute consultation, which every new patient needs, and $297 for a 30-minute follow-up.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all individual scans and wellness packages. Cardiologist consultation bundles are also HSA/FSA-eligible as a medical service.
BlackPoint is a direct-pay service and does not bill insurance. You pay directly and receive an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement — though we make no guarantees of coverage. The benefit is complete transparency: the price you see is the price you pay, with no co-pays, deductibles, or surprise billing.
No referral is required. You can book directly online at any time. If your physician has referred you, simply mention it when booking — your report will be sent to them as well upon your request.
A wellness package is a one-time appointment where multiple scans are performed during a single visit and reported together — ideal for a comprehensive initial screening or annual check. A subscription (BlackPoint Concierge) is a monthly membership that gives you one scan per month at a permanently locked rate, performed at our Falmouth clinic each month, or on-site at your home. Packages are purchased individually; memberships are ongoing and billed monthly after a one-time activation fee.
