Is the $397 price really all-inclusive?

Yes — completely. The $397 includes the scan, the sonographer's time, and a written report from a board-certified cardiologist delivered within 24–48 hours. There are no facility fees, reading fees, or follow-up billing.

Does insurance cover these screenings?

Our screenings are self-pay and priced to be significantly less than the cost-sharing many patients face with insurance. We do not bill insurance directly. You will receive an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Cardiovascular ultrasound screenings are qualified medical expenses under both HSA and FSA plans. Use your HSA or FSA card at the time of booking.

Is there a mobile concierge fee?

Mobile service to your home or workplace is available. A travel fee of $50–$100 applies depending on distance from your location in Southern Maine. This is disclosed at booking.

Can I book multiple scans on the same day?

Yes — our packages are specifically designed for multi-scan visits. If you want two individual scans without a package, we can often accommodate same-day scheduling. Contact us to discuss.
