We arrive and set up
Our sonographer arrives 30 minutes early, sets up equipment, and runs the event smoothly from start to finish.

Each participant gets results
Individual cardiologist reports delivered privately to each participant within 24–48 hours. HIPAA-compliant — results are never shared with the sponsor.

Full Subsidy
Sponsor covers the full cost for each participant. Screenings are free for your group — a powerful benefit for employees or members.
Partial Subsidy
Sponsor reduces the per-scan price for participants. The group gets a meaningful discount, the sponsor invests proportionally.
Group Rate — No Subsidy
We provide discounted group pricing for your participants. The sponsor hosts the event and promotes access — participants pay at the event rate.

What space do we need to host a BlackPoint event?▾
A private room or partitioned space large enough for one examination table or reclining chair, plus an outlet. We can work with a conference room, office space, community room, or tent setup. Participants should have a private, comfortable experience.
Are results kept private from the sponsor?▾
Absolutely. All screening results are protected under HIPAA and are delivered only to the individual participant. The sponsor receives no health data of any kind — only participation counts if requested.
What screenings are available at events?▾
All six BlackPoint modalities are available: Echocardiogram, Carotid Duplex, AAA Screening, Lower Extremity Venous, Lower Extremity Arterial, and Renal Artery Duplex. We recommend selecting 1–2 screenings per event for efficiency. The Stroke Prevention Package (Echo + Carotid) is our most popular event offering.
Can we market the event to our group?▾
Yes, and we'll help. We provide event flyers, email templates, and social media graphics you can use to promote the event. We can also co-brand promotional materials with your organization's logo.
How far in advance should we schedule?▾
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to allow time for participant scheduling. Larger events (30+) may require more lead time. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
