We handle all logistics. You provide the space and your participants. Each day is scheduled around complete studies, one participant at a time, in a private room.
A private room or partitioned space large enough for one examination table or reclining chair, plus an outlet. We can work with a conference room, office or community room, as long as each participant has a private, comfortable space for the study.
Absolutely. All study results are protected under HIPAA and are delivered only to the individual participant. The sponsor receives no health data of any kind — only participation counts if requested.
All six BlackPoint modalities are available: Echocardiogram, Carotid Duplex, AAA Ultrasound, Lower Extremity Venous, Lower Extremity Arterial, and Renal Artery Duplex. Most events run best with 1–2 studies. The Stroke Prevention Package (Echo + Carotid) is our most popular event offering.
Yes, and we'll help. We provide event flyers, email templates, and social media graphics you can use to promote the event. We can also co-brand promotional materials with your organization's logo.
Book 2–4 weeks in advance to allow time for participant scheduling. Larger events (30+) may require more lead time. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
